With his new album coming out, 'Curtis', I see that 50 spent lots of time producing this, Check out the brand name rappers on his albums.Dr. Dre (exec.), Eminem (exec.), Akon, Dangerous LLC, Danja, DJ Scratch, Jonathan Rotem, Just Blaze, Kanye West, Pharrell, Polow the Don, Rich Harrison, Scott Storch, Swizz Beatz, the Bizness, Timbaland, will.I.am. He also has Mary. J Blige, Tony Yayo, and Justin Timberlake on this album as well.Sounds big. My question is, wheres Young Buck? Remember that thread I made about him a while back, BigMo said that he wasn't in the Re-Up (Eminem) because he was working on a new album, (which is now released) yet hes not on this album.

Buck is doing his own thing... he has his own record label, but is still shopping around to see what distribution company/record label to use that will give him and his artists the best deal.The Unit has fallen off... 50 is making changes, Banks has disappeared, Buck and 50 supposedly have (had) problems... it's just a mess for them. On top of that I heard 50 pushed his album back because Kelly Clarkson's camp paid him between $1 million and $2 million to push it back so she wouldn't have to compete with him (they were supposed to be released on the same day).Out of all G-Unit members, Buck is probably my favorite... glad to see he's moving out of 50's shadow and doing his own thing. I'm guessing he's probably prepping for a tour right now or already on tour... I haven't been keeping up with Hip-Hop news for a while now.

He wouldve made more or gained more publicity on the Re-Up than on Buck the World, hes not that big yet. I think Young Buck just wants his own spotlight when hes not that type of rapper, his albums will never make as much as 50's or Eminem's, he was fine with G-Unit. So was game, but they're all egoistic.

I never got the impression that Buck wants the spotlight... he just wants to give his boys an opportunity to get out there and give back to the hood. He'll never be a guy who sells 10 million albums like 50 or anything like that, and I don't think he really wants to.I feel bad for Banks though... he fell the F*ck off.

Hes gives the south respect..which im loving.What I meant was 50 has lost all credit in the street/underground community. I know for a fact in Memphis everybody was loving Wanksta, In the Club, Many Men and Five-O Up(50 freestyle). But after that...he just went bad...he had so much potential and now his songs are just so commercial, which I usually dont have a problem with mainstream stuff...but his new music is horrible. And these New York cats wanna talk sh*t about the south. Ima stop now, this is just getting me pissed off just thinking about it.
