Of course he does. He has a reputation for recording anything and everything. He's got a damning check signed by Trump. Then there's Mueller who won't accept any testimony unless it's backed up by evidence and that evidence has to be particularly strongly backed up by other evidence in the case of a person who is known to have lied such as Cohen.

As expected Cohen perjured himself again yesterday, was caught, and will be facing additional charges for again concealing payments from foreign countries and concealing his actions as a foreign agent. He RE-affirmed that no collusion ever existed between President Trump and Russia. Cummings and Schiff were exposed rigging testimony, blocking evidence, throwing out rules and procedures designed to ensure fair and factual hearings. Huge win for the President.
