Lots from Zach Lowe; on the mess in LA, on the resurgence of Drummond, Trae Young and Lowry, and this on Blazers:

"Portland banishing Zach Collins and Meyers Leonard in favor of Enes Kanter. Collins will surely get another sustained chance. Kanter can score against anyone, and Portland's up-and-down bench mobs need a fulcrum.
But Terry Stotts' faith in five-man bench mobs has wavered; he now often keeps one of Damian Lillardand CJ McCollum on the floor for entire games, or limits all-bench time to only two or three minutes.

With one star on the court, Collins will be a better fit than Kanter in some matchups. He's a better shooter, and a much more reliable and versatile defender."

I wonder if Lowe realizes the correlation between Turner's injury, and Stotts staggering Dame and CJ.

Doubtful. He seems to be one of those guys who only reads box scores without the aid of context clues.

Kanter is better at this point.

I am very surprised that SA bought him out with a year left on his deal (he's owed $16 million next year), since that money stays on their cap.

If only we could do the same thing to someone on our team....

So Milwaukee the team with by far the best record in the NBA is beating the Lakers and is about to win. So ESPN’s main page is like 6 Laker highlights and 1 Giannis highlight.
