There goes the Blazers' perfect Thursday record. They are now 9-1 on Thursdays this season.

Portland will remain in 5th place in the West, with Utah starting to close the distance (just 1.5 games behind).

The Suns are the worst team in the West, so this is a have-to-win game if the Blazers want a realistic chance of ascending to the 3rd seed, if not the 2nd. They cannot afford to give any more games away from this point on if they want home court in the Playoffs.

Rip City!

Hopefully this is a W

Because Kenny and Charles said the Blazers would get to the Finals i have voted they will win the NBA Championship this year!

You have heard it here first!

There is no denying this team now!

Go Blazers!

Kjironman is a fan!!!!

The Suns are gonna rack up another good pick. In the next 2-3 years they are going to be pretty good is what i'm thinking.

They jinxed us

They jinxed us
For everyone claiming that Chuck and Kenny jinxed or cursed us:

How in the fuck do you jinx/curse a team that has lost 10 straight playoff games?

Wouldn't being jinxed when you can't win a playoff game be a good thing?

Some of you people are acting like Portland was on some miracle no hitter and Kenny and Chuck are the idiots who go up to someone and mention it. The Blazers have now lost 3 of the last 4 games. Please stop acting like there was some magical destiny we won't achieve now that someone made a bold prediction.

I don't really think that. Just letting off steam. Though, I don't appreciate the Blazers being disrespected and heckled/laughed at by the TNT commentators (Miller and Harlan)

The 57 or so comments about it in the Thunder game thread weren't just blowing off steam.

I said they jinxed us once and I was being sarcastic. I was yelling at the TNT crew all night, not because I feel they made us lose the game, but because they were disrespecting the Blazers.

So with my proclamation that they will not only get to the finals but win i have changed all the dynamics and sent them to another dimension.

For future reference, any positivity about the team will not be allowed and ultimately discouraged by members of this forum

You have been warned. :devilwink:

Does that mean only post proclaiming doom and gloom with certain coaching/player changes or can we still be middle of the road good and bad type stuff?

...I don't appreciate the Blazers being disrespected and heckled/laughed at by the TNT commentators (Miller and Harlan)

Me neither. Reggie Miller planted some permanent hatred seeds in me last night. He just got added to my list of people I'd rather not meet than meet; him and Donald Trump, Kevin Durant, Dustin Hoffman, Kanye West, et al...

Apparently how the Blazers play doesn't matter at all as long as other teams are playing equally as bad.

Beautiful put. Just cut-and-paste this ^^^ everytime that idiotic argument (re)surfaces.

Reminds me of when we were stumbling at the end of last season and people were fixated on our seed rather than our play...

Who's planning the Rally at Pioneer Square? On seconds thoughts, forget Pioneer Square (To many Mole people). How about Rose Quarter?

I think the Blazers will play well going into the playoffs! Red Hot & Rollin

"Look, you have to bifurcate those two things. The fans are morons if they can't see how well this 5 year plan is coming together in year 4."
The weighting is for sure higher now but let’s see what happens during the playoffs. If they start to roll and advance to second round or beyond then it’s possible they are tracking well.
