    Sure.

But the title of the thread mentions "The Fall" of those people.

    They haven't fallen.

    Neither has Bill Clinton.

I wasn’t responding to the title.

I was responding to the meat (aka post).

I get that it was the first post in the thread I was responding to, so it’s more closely tied to the title, but if I responded in every thread based on title, my posts would make absolutely no sense (given that most threads turn into discussion about something other than the title).

But long story short.... I simply answered the question that ended his posted. Question asked, question answered. I’d like to apologize to you for something, but I’m not clear what I should be apologizing for.

It's everybody's right to have an opinion on anything. Therefor, anyone can have an opinion on the guilt or innocence of whoever they want.

Yes. You can have an opinion or you can choose not to.

Based on my perception of the two individuals I mention, I am surprised. It sounds out of character. That being said, I’ve done things out of character for me that would surprise people. So I’m not going to minimize the accusations. I also choose to not rush to conclusions. I simply choose to make no judgments and not hold them against anyone without any sort of evidence.

I’m sorry you think I should have an opinion. That’s a big problem today with the internet and bullying - folks rushing to conclusions.

Note: Trump should not torment the American public with his immature jealousy of a deceased and true American hero, John McCain. He cares more about his ego than his work as an American President..

Rushing to a conclusion is not the same thing as having an opinion.

Our president has Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

And he's pissed because John McCain handed over the Steele Dossier.

He's mad because we all know about the pee tapes and other countries are making fun of him because of it.

He can't take it. He doesn't have the temperament to be president.

They called Obama N to his face.... No anger...

There should be a standardized personality test for all candidates. If this was the case, he wouldn't hold the merits to be a President and certainly not a diplomatic so called" leader." The difference is that Obama had and will always have Class.

Perhaps you can explain hero to me as how Hero applies to McCain. I never did get it, nor did I ever find him to be a Republican representative.

But then if you think Obama had class, perhaps we just have a different scale of values.

Obama caused millions of American retired people and their dependents to loose their health insurance. He did this under the guise of raising taxes
so it might pass constitutional muster. Taxing former employers if they continued to provide the healthcare coverage had no chance of raising any serious revenue,
but it did give the employers a legal option, ceasing to provide to healthcare to avoiding the new tax. Thus a new market for the insurance companies even though
it screwed these million of people out of the compensation they had already earned but were still due.

Then to stand before congress, and declare one more time, If you like your Health insurance, you can keep your health insurance! This while many of the people,
me and my wife included, had already been informed that our insurance coverage would cease as per the Obama plan.

    This is not class.

No American President has ever done an equally egregious act to any group of Americans during my life time. Perhaps I should say, adult life time. Another Democrat President, Franklin Roosevelt's internment of Japanese Americans was indeed egregious, but not nearly as many were involved.

So you supported reparations for those internment camp refugees?

There was a fellow who worked with me at the Santa Terse Lab. As I understand it, his parents had owned and operated an Orchard in the area between Hamilton and Cupertino CA, not far from Blossom Hill Blvd when they were rounded up, including him and his sister and interned.
I was still working there when he and his sister received, $20,000 apiece I think it was. He was rather stoic about it.

I had mixed feelings about the gesture, it was a pitiful sum for the 100 plus acres in that area. While they were interned, the county sold the property for taxes but I don't think the payment was to cover these losses. Then again, I don't know what the hell it did cover.

Most surprising? Dustin Hoffman. Or maybe the Asia Argento and statutory rape after all the activism she was involved in.

Weirdest response to allegations will always go to Kevin Spacey though? "I must've been real drunk to try and fuck a 14 year old."

No, it's like saying Ford is a car and there goes a car so it must be a Ford.
There are conclusions that are rushed at and there are conclusions that are not rushed at.

I still think Louie got a raw deal. He was one of the early #metoo casualties and I don't think it was 100% fair.

some chick tried to fuck over Aziz Ansari as well.

The thing that pisses me off is that there doesn't need to be any evidence. It's just the word of one person and it can ruin a career. Doesn't need to be any kind of criminal charges. Just one person saying, "hey this person is a creep" and that's all she wrote. Game over.

Sen. McCain served his country as a highly skilled fighter pilot but being a POW is NOT a dishonor as Trump alludes to. He, along with others, were subjected to cruel punishment in a completely different culture (that despised American intervention) and then treated as an isolated and deprived dog for years. He survived. That is a hero to me.
I really liked Obama because he represented the office as a level headed leader. I see none of that in Trump. In Trump, I see an overzealous narcissist who acts like Mussolini.
Eight years of Bush illustrated he was a Chaney puppet and an obvious novice at diplomatic skill. As a Presidential candidate, Mr. Obama was a relief for the American people. After he was elected, he was exposed to the shit storm this country operates in. You could see his shock after he took residence in the White House. The dirty secrets were revealed to him. I think the healthcare issue was FUBAR and that facet of Obama's administration would be a stain. I had no problems with heath coverage but I certainly respect your experience and views. We do have different opinions and I respect yours.
