We don't know that. Mueller's reputation is that he would have spelled all that out. But, you're right that we don't really know what's going on until Barr tells us something.
I mean its been not even a week. This is a 2 year investigation, there are probably witnesses that don't want their names out there. Dollar figures that need to be scratched out, etc.
The qualifying factor is that Mueller's reputation is that he would have compartmentalized all of that.
We don't know though, so its pretty pointless to demand the full report right now. I would just release the whole thing, personally, but then again, we should have 100% transparancy for everything, no sealed nothing anywhere. But the lawmakers on both sides would never let that happen.

Not so much hope as reality - if there were no more indictments being considered, the grand jury would be disbanded. As far as hope goes, there are lots of other investigations in lots of jurisdictions, so I guess you'll have to hope that they all come to naught. barfo
