Remember South Carolina had that idea too, as I recall it didn't turn out very well for them, nor did it for its neighbors who tried to do the same.But to tell the truth this seems just like a bunch of libral whineasses who want to make a point about some stupid opinion of theirs. 300 people turn out for a rally, sh*t I've seen more people turn out at Klan rallies.

Went to Burlington Vermont for a field trip and got a free sample, some cinnaon dough ice cream or something anyway it was reallllygood.
I dont know how much truth there is to it, but I once heard Texas can seceed and not face any legal problems cause they were once a independant nation. Thought thats pretty intresting...

The stated short-range purpose of these disparate Vermont folk is to bring light to what they perceive as disastrous course trends for this country that most people ignore. I think 13% earns a right to at least make a public case.
