    Terry didn't do this with Harkless/Layman earlier this year-- what makes you think he'll do it with CJ? Unwritten rule in the NBA that Terry strongly abides by: you don't lose your spot in the rotation if you're injured.

    This regime is so clandestine with their injury updates. It's good in a sense-- but it pisses me off. We're nearing 3 weeks since he first injured his knee and have had 0 updates on his progress.

    I mean would you rather them say. 'it's getting better, but we still don't have a date for his return.'
    Because with this injury that's prolly what they'd say as it's not a bone or something that has a set timeline.

    That's what Quick tweeted a few days ago, but I was hoping for more detail: benchmarks they're looking for/ likelihood for return this season/ what he's doing now/ etc etc.

    CJ looks a lot different when he's the number one option at least to me.....but I really still see him as a 6 man in the Jason Terry, Jamal Crawford role as a Blazer being ideal...his contract will dispute that for sure...and I'm not sure those guys lighting up the eastern conference would be that much better in CJ's Robin role in the west...but you could very well be right...he might not dazzle or carry a team to the playoffs in the east...we speculate
