Who are the local beat guys that aren’t employed by the team besides quick? Freeman and richman? You could combine the work those two have done this season and still not come close to Quick. They could get fired tomorrow and I don’t think anyone would even notice, unless they went out of their way to let people know.
Nah i'm talking about the setup. It asked for an email address. I assume so they can contact you. That would also be so they can sell it. At least that would be my interpretation. So i will pass on that one.
Look if you don't agree then i'm good with that. But i do in fact know what i see as a contact with a link that will ask for a subscription and also for an email. That is what i would assume is for sales as most all are. Not for me. Thanks.
Hey, I've seen Evan Turner's home. What a cool neighborhood. When I was in high school I went to a teen party in that neighborhood. There used to be two grocery stores within walking distance of Evan's home in his Portland Heights neighborhood.
I'll even write it in Turkish so he knows it's about him! Man Kanter, gerçek bir oyunda blok satın alamayacak gibi görünüyor. Acaba bu onu motive edecek mi?
But all of this was already covered in bits and pieces on twitter. He did no actual investigative reporting. He just put together statements from tweets and wrote about it. At least that is the way it comes across.
"In September, he invited rookies Anfernee Simons and Gary Trent Jr. to his home to be fitted for custom suits, Turner’s treat. He did it not only so the teenagers would look presentable on the bench, but also to educate them on how to go about looking professional." https://www.blazersedge.com/2019/4/...portland-trail-blazers-quick-athletic-culture
You know those bits and pieces are coming from Quick himself right? The investigative reporting and the interviews are from Quick, not anyone else.
No sorry. The suit bit was covered by the players and Brooke. The Breakfasts and dinners on the road have been covered by players and by people who travel with the team. These things are not Quick exclusives. Both Calabro and Hurd have talked about the same things.
“Of course it’s been frustrating in a sense, but I’m not a kid anymore, so it’s not personal,” Turner said. “At the end of the day, it’s all about the wins.” He is 30, and he says in his younger years he might have handled a reduced role like this season differently. “I probably would have pulled a hissy fit,” Turner said. “But I’ve learned that sometimes you can sulk, and fall into the blaming and stuff, but by the time you snap out of it, it could be too late. It’s not about you. It’s about the team, and the position you are in. We just won 50 games, we have an opportunity to finish top three in the West. That’s a big deal. I don’t take that for granted.” This is an interview he did WITH Quick.
