I don't...he'll need to keep his weight down during recovery and rehab. I've heard that film is empty calories

"At least we won the game"

    - Jusuf Nurkić

I think this says it all when it comes to his mentality.

With Nurk most likely missing most/all of next season I will be shocked if Neil doesn’t put his nuts on the table and take a chance, well maybe not shocked.

The odds that Nurkic misses most, or all, of next season are much much lower than the odds of him missing maybe 20-30 games (rough estimate assuming a return in December)

My guess is they’ll chase someone like Lopez, or maybe a Pau Gasol or an Enes Kanter. Someone that can be a fill in as a starter but also be ok with being a backup once Nurk returns. Don’t expect any major change at the position.

I think theyll acquire someone via trade, because I don't see them not bringing Hood back.

Also, I could see them rolling with an Aminu/Collins/Layman/Labissiere frontcourt, or maybe drafting a guy like Brunk Fernando who could possibly play right away.

I'm hot and cold on Collins. Sometimes he looks great and sometimes he looks bad. I'm going to presume that Stotts knows what he's doing with Collins.

You guys are too much. I heard a specialist predict that it would take him about 4 months to knit and then he'd have to get conditioned. I'm predicting 5 to 6 months, tops.
I just happen to know from an old Scientific American article that broken bones heal back stronger than they were before they broke. I see a bright future for Nurk.

yeah right...5-6 months when it took Paul George 8 months and he was just a shell of his former self and could only play 15 minutes a game over 6 games. It took him 15 months before he was back to playing like he used to....but sure, Nurkic, at 60-70 pounds heavier with a history of leg problems, will beat PG's recovery time by 3 months...:rolleyes2:
