Joey Gallo hit another long home run for the Rangers, and that was only part of what made for another frustrating start for Houston Astros right-hander Gerrit Cole against Texas. Cole needed 43 pitches to get out of a five-run first inning, when he struck out Gallo with the bases loaded.
