Sell:Unless we can get Loul Deng, Al Jefferson or both of ATLs picks with another young stud...he isnt going anywhere. And those three trades probably arent going to happen.b/s:Memphis will be atleast a .500 team next season.
Buy. Memphis has the talent to do good. This team is very identical to the team that made the playoffs a year ago. Some things just went very wrong in the organization as far as management and injuries. I see the Grizzlies competing this upcoming season, especially with some stability finally at coach.Buy or Sell: The Grizzlies draft Horford.
Sell:As much as we might need a bruiser, I think the organization feels very confident in Alexander Johnson. Most likely, Wright or Jianlian will fall to us. And with Iavaroni saying that we are still going to be uptempo, I see West picking one of them up instead of Horford. Not that Horford cant play up-tempo, but Jialian and Wright both have potential to develop into a player who will flourish into a star in that system. The more and more I read about Jianlian, the more it sounds like hes will be awesome in our system.This will also give us the flexibility to trade Gasol if he does request a trade, Horford isnt going to be a all-star caliber post-scorer, Wright and/or Jianlian can become that.b/s:Rudy will be a 15+ppg, 5+rpg, 1.5bpg, 1.5spg type of player next season.
Fact - With a year of experience under him and running in a new up-tempo offense he could. He'l lbe getting more minutes and more shots most likely. He may not get 15, but he'll be close, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.B/S. The Grizzlies will sign a FA point guard this summer.
Buy:Although its very tough to say we will, I have a feeling certain two PGs will come out, and Memphis will go all out to get either one. And unlike most NBA fans, the NBA players see that Memphis is a good team with a very bright future and its very appealing to certain players who want to play a certain style. And if these two PGs test free agency, I can see one of them signing to Memphis.b/s:Jerry West will go out with a boom and leave Memphis in a very good state.
