I don't like the connotation.

It's more making fun of George's futile rationalization. Also, "bad" can have other connotations as well.... and Dame is most definitely a "Bad" man. And that was most definitely a "Bad" shot.

 

Oh, of course it's a dig at George. And a good one. But we're the only ones that will get it, and if it catches on, history will remember it as something it wasn't: A bad shot.

Now as for it being a "Bad" shot, I have done the Wheels voice and called Dame a "Bad Man", haha.

That shot was badass, because Dame is badass.
