The wave goodbye was pretty epic and the postgame conference too. Im not sure I like the stuff today though, that and the lol to pg13 on social media. I think the best thing to do would have been wave good bye and let that be it. The wave good bye was what he called the final word. Which was perfect, but I keep seeing more words. I hope by tomorrow he and the team are done and moved on and getting back into game mode because the 2nd round is gonna be tough.
Dame doesn't throw shade around just to antagonize people. It's important to read that passage in the affirmative (positive), not the negative. Damian Lillard IS a role model.
Most of the time but if you read that Chris Haynes article, its obvious the trash talking and crap got to him, now he’s saying it didnt but there is some extra stuff there and we cant deny it.
I think you’re right that he should move on, and I think he will. That said, I don’t think it matters much in this instance. Dame and Russ don’t exchange Christmas cards. These guys don’t care much for each other and I don’t think that that’s going to change.

Even today, some media fools still wouldn't totally admit that Dame was clearly and absolutely better. Even if we played OKC tomorrow, most of the media would still pick OKC. Fair enough. But I think most of what has come out today was based on his feelings before he did the ultimate mic drop yesterday.
Fair enough, I just hope he has it out of his system when they get to the 2nd round. He wont be playing Russ. Im ultimately not very concerned because Dame has shown himself to be a pretty level headed mature guy.
