Ever been to Hawaii, plan on visiting soon? Or do you just want to escape from your daily life and and day dream about one of, if not the most beautiful place on Earth. Post pics, stories, ask questions or just hang out. (I know it's kind of a corny opening ) Aloha! (Welcome) :winkglasses:
I went there in like 2nd grade to go to the Maui Invitational (College bball pre season tournament) because my family wanted to see UConn play and go to Hawaii. One of the most fun trips of my life, besides getting car sick on the Road to Hauna (sp?).Luau's are so fun and have some delish food.
This is Ka'anapali Beach, about half of a mile from my apartment... It's where they did a lot of filming for that show Maui Fever
Never been and probably will never go. To get to Hawaii..ill would probably have to take airplane..im NOT doing that.

Duke is coming this year I believe so I'll be going. The Road to Hana is pretty long and dangerous, but it's definitely worth it once you reach the town.

I think there is AC in it now though. :beee: Yeah it is worth it. That town was awesome. On the way there, we stopped at this drink hut or something and it had the best smoothies ever!
They just installed an AC at the Civic Center and you'll probably freeze to death if your within 20 feet of it Planning on coming out for this year's tourney??

Next year I might come out for my cousins wedding for like 4 days. Not sure though.
This year we got a great looking field of teams! :dribble: IllinoisArizona StateLSUMarquetteOklahoma StateDuke PrincetonChaminade(our D-III team that is guaranteed to lose whoever they play. I believe they are 4-60 all-time in this tournament in which they host every year)Duke has won like three times here in the past, just like North Carolina. I recommend that some of you guys fly out for this year, it's going to be fantastic.
I think it'd be really fun to go to Hawaii some day. I have a friend who's from there and he's really laid back. And he's a lot nicer than most guys. <.< lol

Well so am I...I haven't been there, but I'm hoping to go there someday soon. Hawaii seems like a pretty awesome place. Maybe I'll meet the legendary Johnny Tsunami.

I'll come out to New Orleans maybe this fall and visit one of my friends that lives there... The one thing about coming to Maui is there aren't too many courts that are in good condition, we do have a few courts that are decent. And there is no crime so you can ball all night if you want to. :winkglasses:
