The offseason starts when the regular season ends. But for every team it's today bro. There's different dates for when trades can be made and free agents can be signed.
I wouldn't expect much until early July, I believe thats when guys are officially let out of their deals.

The real trade discussion doesn't begin until the week of the draft, and the heat is at its peak on draft night. Until then, expect nothing more than unwarranted rumors and draft talk... which is fine by me.
