This is still just a book prophecy, and hasn't actually been mentioned in the show, so they could just not follow it. Plus prophecy in this show doesn't necessarily come to pass..ex: Stannis and Melisandre.

 

Bronn flips one final time and the answer to "What's double Highgarden" is "the Iron Throne."

 

I'll guess they destroy the throne and no one sits on it and form a new type of ruling power.

 

It was in the show too. There was a flashback in one of the seasons in which we see a young Cersei getting the prophecy.

Also, Melisandre and Stannis is probably not failed prophecy but Melisandre being wrong about who the prophecy was about. That was her take, too. We still don't know if that, or any, prophecy will be fulfilled, but I suspect both the "Prince/Princess Who Was Promised" and the valonqar prophecy will get some narrative completion.

 

That scene left out the valonquar part though, pretty sure.

 

Oh, perhaps. Sometimes I lose track of which was book and which was show when the deviation is small.

 

Same! I've never read the books, but have been dedicated to binge mode and all the GOT stuff on The Ringer, and they always give the book background pretty thoroughly. It's all blended together for me now too.

I feel like Jon, Daenerys, Jaime, and Cersei should have a foursome.

 

Instead of "CleganeBowl", they hug and make up

 

Bron kills Jaime and Arya harvests his face to kill Cersei.

Jon kills Dany after she loses her shit and then gives up the throne to go past the wall north.

Tyrion rules the South with Jon's blessing and Sansa rules the North.

 

"brown eyes, blue eyes, green eyes"...is that a prophecy or a fake-out? Or, does Jaime have green eyes?...does the Mountain?...does Bronn?

have we seen the last of Yara? With Sansa alone up North, we'll we see little of her?...or will she find a reason to head south? Is Tyrion going to survive?

the only thing that may be inevitable is the Hound vs the Mountain. I'd also be find not seeing Bran looking serene and resigned anymore
