    Yeah, but unless Zach is completely new to weightlifting it’s still hard to pack on lean mass in a short amount of time. I’m sure he can do 10 lbs of muscle if he’s eating a ton....but it will come with a lot of fat too.

    Zach needs what Lamarcus needed at Zach's age...lower core muscle so he can't be pushed off the block...his upper strength is fine..it's his lower core he can improve and he can improve it. Noah Vonleh's lower core was like a boulder..

    You know what was different in this game?

    We stopped worrying about fouls and the refs.

    I told you. Once Dame stopped worrying about the refs and getting calls against OKC in the first round, he went ape shit and never looked back.

    They were focused in this game, and it showed. They're gonna need that at Shithole Arena on Sunday.

    They probably have a lot of serbian fans, in the Balkan war in the 90s, serbian army killed over 9000 innocent bosnian civilians in Srebrenica. It was a massacre/genocide. There is still a huge nationalism in those countrys. Serbians, Bosnians, Croatians and Albanians they dont like each other especially Serbians
