Most of those crappy players were in bad draft and some were just straight up terrible and busts. But this is the last 20 #5 picks. Take it for what it's worth.
This really doesn't mean a whole lot....It doesn't have anything to do with the #5 pick. It just means that when you have a pick that high in the draft, their is bound to be a really good player picked every couple years...We all know the Celtics are going to get a solid player considering this is a pretty good draft, but they must feel like sh*t knowing they HAD a good chance to get Durnat or Oden
it does indeed look nice.but your good player/superstar vs bad pick is 11-9.kinda bad to think there's a 45% chance the #5 pick will be a bust or disappointment.
Interesting....Some great names up there but there isn't really a consistent trend. How about that 03,04,05 line. Some great #5 guards right in a row
You have to factor in though that a lot of the "busts" were in average-weak drafts. This is a strong class.
