    I think this is way too sensitive. Round-ups of what media and memes are circulating are fairly common in sports sections these days. When I've looked for what's being said in other cities, I've seen similar things. It's not a big deal and the Oregonian is right both in spirit as well as by the letter when they say that they're not calling Lillard and McCollum "trash brothers."

    Considering he's got separated ribs I think he's played pretty well actually and doesn't deserve this.

    This is a complete joke. The Oregonian can, like all pieces of shit, try to wiggle themselves out of it now by saying they're just passing on the info. Bullshit, they knew exactly what they were doing and publicizing. You don't give comments like that credibility by repeating them, unless you're a third-rate publication using it as click-bait. I've gone out of my way to not give their website any clicks for the last several years and didn't think they could actually get anymore pathetic but I guess I was wrong.

    And aren't we in the WCF without Nurk?

    You guys realize that Skip Bayless is basically just a mouth right if he isn't saying stupid stuff no one will listen to his mouth. So his whole career is based on saying stupid stuff to get people to tune in. He and SAS did it on first take for years, there still doing it now. Literally, 4 out of 5 personalities (maybe more) on sports talk right now are just "opinionists" that have to keep "one-upping" themselves with "opinions" because it drives ratings. The more stupid your willing to go the further you'll go in radio / TV these days. Skip is just willing to go the extra mile of stupid to continue to drive his paychecks. Cowherd does the same, Conzano tries really hard but his brand of stupid is asinine to the point, not even the national people care.

    All true, and I share your opinion.

    However, the Oregonian does have the ability to choose what they put in their headline, and what pic they use for their tweet. The ones they chose appear to be among the most inflammatory of the bunch, so they are clearly not immune from criticism for those choices, regardless of whether or not they initially created them
