Almost every basketball player was compared to someone, either someone bad or good, during the draft. Your acting like the stars are Gods, worse players cannot even be put in the same sentence because the stars are so amazing.

I really think if Kobe did not have his 3 rings people would not be comparing him to Jordan or saying he is top 10 already. Even if he had all same stats everything else same, but with out 3 rings. And people need to see the kinda impact Shaq has. Again you need a team around you it is not one guy. If Iverson was on that team instead Kobe in LA they would have won same titles maybe even extra. Because AI and Shaq are cool, and AI would not have chased Shaq out of town. But w/e that was old stuff, and I like Kobe not trying to bash him. It's just getting tiring of all Kobe this Kobe that. People need to stop saying he is top 10 already, comparing him to Jordan as much as they do atlest, and deff give Shaq more credit for the titles. Shaq each time needed 2-3 guys covering him at once, and I think Shaq does not always get the credit he should. And Kobe get's to much of that credit.

At this point in time, LBJ doesn't have it... but he still has a long career ahead of him.

Just a side note here, why does everyone down kobe, when it comes to comparing him to great shoting guards of the past or even now? and this hasen't reallly got much to do with this but..Kobe owns everyone he plays up against one on one when he gets the chance to and plays great out of the double teams just like Jordan did except for the fact this isn't Jordan this is Kobe making great plays, he is the best player in the game right now and one of the best of all time without any comparisions in his face, just forget about all the stuff you hear when it comes to Kobe vs rest of NBA that except that one main comparison being made against Jordan and as Bigmo said, Kobe emulate's Jordans actions on the court, to me that dosen't make Kobe Bryant any lesser of a player at all and so id leave that out when your comparing them, but with that id always still take Jordan over Kobe, Kobe to me is extremly good still. He's better or should I say more skilled than LeBron or a Tim Duncan (I could post up if I were 6'11 :winkglasses: ) whoever says different is wrong. yes kind of ignore that haha, I just hate the hate, not particularly from here though.Now saying Willie Green is a poor mans Iverson meaning he has the same mindset as him and plays a simler style .. this isn't a actual player comparision, we could say many people but were saying Iverson because the two played together for many years and they both have score heaps offensive mentality and play agressive on offense just Iverson being better at it.

But to me there are about 15 guys still better then him so he is not a top 10 player to play the game YET.
