    All of them should be thrown out. If we want we can pass any amendment we see fit.

    No guns, not even for hunting? Pass it if you can.

    No abortions ever? Pass that.

    If they are old enough to handle a gun, they should be eligible to be drafted. Can you imagine the enemy facing an all-fetal US Army?

    But most fetal gun deaths would be suicide. We'd have to also give them cell phones so that they could call the suicide hotline.

    The only way you can take this gun is to pry it from my warm unborn hand!

    I do think there are safety issues. It will be difficult for the fetus to get a proper gun safe installed, which will be critical if there is more than one fetus present. Vaginally inserted gun safes are not widely available in this country, although they are more popular in Europe.
