Only going up to the Salish Sea to try out some anchorages, test some modifications and see some friends. One of the anchorages is in the remote area of the Northwest Washington Coast, mostly reservation territory. Strawberrry Cove, south of Cape Johnson, about 67 knot up the coast from Grays harbor. Looks like a beautiful spot on Google Earth, just the right place to give a singlehander a break from sea duty. Nothing written about the place so we will go see and find out. Kind of odd there is nothing written about the place since it has a name!!! Perhaps the Wanderings of the MarAzul will change this. This will be the final shake down of the MarAzul, before she sets sail for other seas. Next winter she should be seen in the Sea of Cortez. Fishing and grooming. That mean Marine Spar applications for those curious. The following spring may include her going through the Panama Canal to check out Florida before a summer on the Eastern seaboard.
