How Should Nba Teams Draft Players?

I suspected most teams did something like this, but it's nice to see it explained fully. It also explains why the Hawks always come up short on draft night.Just thought I'd add that it's free and you don't need an insider subscription to read it.

    That makes alot of sense and I can see how it give teams a good sort of safe gaurd - I seriously doubt Seattle used this system last year!

    Why was this moved to draft prospects? It has to do with the philosophy a team has in selecting players more than it has to do with the current guys entered in the draft.

    It's regarding the draft. This section's name should be changed to "NBA Draft," but all the draft related posts go here (unless it's in a team forum, directed towards fans of that team or whatnot).
