Three turds in the top-4, and going against the grain of Zion as #1. Brave. I can't decide if I think R.J. Barrett (Wiggins clone) is more overrated or DeAndre Hunter (Kawhi clone) is more underrated...
Kabengele has been slowly rising on the mocks, but now nbadraft.net has skyrocketed him to pick #14 (Boston), now.
I think this will happen: Zion will go number one. Anthony Davis will be traded to NY. The 3rd pick will go to the Pels. Barrett and Zion will be NBA teammates.
The Blazer have seen a lot of him up close since he was practicing at their training facility this past fall with the U18 USA team. The fact that he turned down the college offers for the New Balance paid internship really killed his stock. Could be a steal since he's got nice length and a pretty good shooting form.
Zion is a transcendent player. Provided he trims down and reduces the load on his knees, he should become a perennial all star. He's about as sure of a pick as any in the last decade. I don't understand how ANYONE would pass over him-- i get wanting to be different, but that's unnecessary.
At 25 I'd be happy with either Luka Samanic or Lugentz Dort. Both bring defense and some offense without needing to be ball dominant. Luka could get some run straight off the bat with Nurk out, and might pair well with Zach as a floor spacing C with passing skills. Dort reminds me of Donovan Mitchell a bit with a crazy first step and ability to get to the rim.

I don't think its about “fat”, but I understand why someone that large doing what he does could be at greater risk of injuries to his lower body than someone less bulky. We've seen guys “similar” to him have injury riddled careers and we've seen others be fine.
He's had 2 injuries in his career I know of. He had a hand injury and he busted out the shoe. I wouldn't tell him to lose a pound. Just be you.
I wouldn't tell him to lose any weight per-say, just saying I understand why people might see him having a greater risk for lower body injuries than guys with less weight to support.
Charles barkley (252 playing weight) is in no way shaped like Zion. Neither is LJ (250 playing weight).
