Under most circumstances it is improbable that either one of these teams could sweep one another, but not impossible. If Biggie can turn in a decent performance a sweep could very well happen. The Yankees have always done well against Price, lets see continued success.
 
Sweeps by either team is very improbable. Just concerned that the relievers will be worn to the nibs
come playoff time. How many times per week can a manager use 5 to 6 relievers a game?
 
Problem with CC.........he may be good for 2 to 3 starts and then it’s back to the IL for a shot & therapy.
But if management can live with this “arrangement”, it will continue to the end of the season.
Then again all will depend how Biggie pitches in those 2 or 3 games. :smiley-doctor:

Do I hate Sunday night games! And if you haven’t noticed, when these two teams hook up,
you are guaranteed to the usual 4 hour + game. The new rules to speed up the game were made
with these two teams in mind. :smiley-catfight: :smiley-temptation:

Down in Tampa Bay Bot 8 the Twinkies & Rays are in a slugfest, Twins holding a 9 - 7 lead......
game has gone 3 1/2 hours so far.
 
Twinkies take out the Tampa Team for the 3rd straight game 9-7. Last Thursday when Tampa beat the Twins 14-3 the local media hailed that to the skies. Gotta wait until series are over before one can crow!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Twinkies win 9 - 7. Yankees gain 1/2 game on Rays....now if they can only sweep the Sux!

(And here I thought everybody was asleep.....what was I thinking?)
