Andy is a player that every team needs. He hustles his ass off, plays defense, gets boards, flops whenever he can to get charges...He doesn't demand the ball on offense either...just a great worker.

Give him the MLE, nothing more.
No way we give him crazy money, if he wants that, he can just go ahead and leave. The only offense this guy brings is when LeBron hits him open for a pass for an easy dunk. He wont do much on anyone else team, IMO. He wants back, and I believe it's safe to say he'll be back.
I hope that the Raps get in there and put an offer down to lure him to the Raps. He'd love the european flavour, and isn't very good at a structured offence like in Cleveland

It's like when the Grizzlies lost Shane Battier, they lost their glue. Now, would I pay Varajeo 8 mil a year? Not quite that much.
