Exactly. I didn't know Giles was available. He couldve said something and gotten more.

Maybe a trade block would help. Many people could have gotten way more than they did but they didn't say a word about who is available and what they look for.

I know I traded for Maker but took closer look at him when he play against us I didn't like what I seen. Now Giles was different I like him a lot but I like Kennard too. So I figured I could shore up my back court in trades and take care my bigs in FA. Now the 4 second well you don't have to guarantee there contracts and you can fill your bottom 5 with not spending much. But who knows one or 2 of them turnout be usable players for you.

Well Giles didn't come available until I figure out what I wanted to do with the roster and I try to be as realistic has possible what I would do with the roster. Really the only player I wanted from you was Zach and you wasn't giving him up.

I agree with this. I recognize Utah didnt have tons to offer up, but when you see young guys like dejounte murray, Tatum, etc. traded, those are often guys you assume are untouchable, so you're not asking. Then they're moved, sometimes for seemingly low prices. Not that it matters now.

That's what the Trade Discussions page is for. Several teams have posted a trade block or what they are looking for.

You don't have to apologize, it was late when we called it a night last evening and we got further than I thought we would.

    We have another trade:

Bucks get Michael Porter Jr and 2019 Pick #30 from Milwaukee (via Memphis)

Grizzlies get Donte DiVincenzo and 2019 Pick #18 from Indiana (via Milwaukee)

In real life though there aren't really flashing lights notifying who's about to get traded if you want to make a better offer. Bamba got traded three times in this game. Maybe you weren't doing a good enough job of contacting people with players you wanted!

The trade discussions page is literally what stuff like this is supposed to be for so I don't get what people want to be different. I can't make GM's post a trade block. Several of them did.

You guys are probably right not to trade up with me; I don't think I am picking a guy you want. Thought about Porter but a guy who shoots 50% 0n free throws? and also Langford, but he can't shoot 3's. Questions on effort for both. And I think this guy is a playmaker. Cavs pick Alexander-Walker.
