I don't know how true it is, but apparently the T-Wolves are really high on take Hawes with that 7th pick. Might just want to keep that in consideration. I couldn't really find anything else to point out.

Dude, I love Gabe Pruitt going to the Pistons. For some reason, that thought never occured to me, but when I think about it, it's awesome.

Yeah, I heard that they may have given him a verbal promise. I also heard that Detroit may have given Stuckey a promise at 15, but we'll see. Like I said, I'll update it if/when I hear more information. For some reason, I just don't know if I believe these type of rumors almost 2 weeks before the draft... especially considering Hawes scheduled workouts with teams all the way up to 12.

found something you may want to fix CB.29. Phoenix SunsPhoenix is desperate for a big man off the bench, and one who can defend. Sean Williams may have had issues in college (was kicked off the Boston College team for marijuana), but talent-wise, he?s a good pick at 27. Had he not been involved with that situation last season, he likely would have been a top 20 pick. He?s a remarkable shot blocker, an excellent athlete, and he carries the ?intimidation factor? inside. It is believed that because he didn?t participate in the Orlando Pre-Draft Camp, he has a first round promise. Phoenix would make sense, in that regard.all in all a good write up.

I think the Hornets will take Thaddeus instead of Nick.I also think Arron Afflalo is too high, and Derrick Byars is a little too low...Besides that, it's great

Because I have done a ridiculous amount of work to get the homepage going (scouting reports, homepage articles, etc.), and Combs spent over 3 hours with me to teach me how to edit the site as well.

I have a hard time seeing the Suns take Sean Williams. Even though his shot blocking abilities are the one of the exact things the Suns need to improve on his off-court problems will keep Phoenix from taking him. His character at best is questionable and the Suns more than any other franchise in the league avoids these type of individuals.

I believe the Bobcats are taking Joakim Noah. The coaches worked out with him and two other guys, they said they found there guy but they werent going to reveal who he was. They raved about what Joakim brings to the table, and I think they take him - even if Brewer is available.. (which makes my mock SO much harder) At 11, I think we go with Crittenton - he was all they talked about in Atlanta yesterday, he had a great workout. Woodson compares him to a bigger, stronger, Chauncy Billups..I think the Spurs take a big man FOR SURE, they've worked out ALL bigmean so far; and I think they'll go with Gray at 28

About Charlotte, I had Noah at 8 a couple days ago, but I also didn't have Brewer available there. Whether the Hawes promise is true or not, I just can't see Corey Brewer slipping far. Say it is true and the top 6 are Oden, Durant, Horford, Wright, Conley, and either Yi/Green... Brewer is not gonna fall very far, and if he does, a trade will happen. Chicago wouldn't pick him and I don't see him slipping to 10. It's much easier for the mock if they take a big at 8, because it's tough to see them take 2 swingmen. We'll see, this draft is tough to predict.

I'm hearing a lot about Atlanta liking Crittenton too, but I think Law would be the better option, which is why I left him at 11. Law is the NBA-ready point guard Atlanta needs, he's a leader, and he can help them close out games. Crittenton is an excellent prospect as well, but he's more potential than ready, and he's not really a leader. He doesn't have the experience or poise Law does, and I think Law is the safer and better pick.

I have no idea what San Antonio will do, and I don't know if I see Belinelli falling into the 2nd round. I hear they like Fesenko though.

Idk, maybe you know something I don't but I just don't see Wright over Horford, I could be wrong though.

Well, from everything I'm hearing (mostly from DX, which is the best draft resource around), Horford is probably the man. On my next update (likely tomorrow), I will move Horford there.

Also is the Jeff Green pick wishful thinking or something you've heard?

I just think Jeff Green fits our system so nicely, he's ready to play big minutes right away, he contributes on both ends, he can play in big or small lineups (which Doc fluctuates nightly), and he could be an All-Star in the future to go along with it. Doc also reportedly really likes Green, having seen him a number of times (since his son plays for Georgetown). We won't take another project or a point guard, which takes Brandan Wright and Conley out of the question. Horford isn't gonna be there. I think if we keep the pick, #5 is between Jeff Green and Yi Jianlian. With Yi being a risk and also considering the fact that we don't know how old he is, Green may be the better choice because he is proven and NBA ready.

Also, I'm not the only one that has Jeff Green going 5. Draft Express (the best draft resource out there, by far, which has tons of inside information and is on the phones all day talking to executives) and NBADraft.net do as well.

I trust Danny in the draft though, so I'll back whoever he picks, but I'm leaning towards Jeff Green right now. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the man is Yi though. Outside chance of Brewer or Noah.

EDIT: I just updated. The only switch I made was Horford/Wright.

I just updated today, and I'm sticking with my spot at 5. I think Yi is our man, and I wouldn't be opposed to him (although he is a little risky). I trust Ainge. I feel even better about Yi now that I know his official age (19) and how he's even bigger than I thought. I still love my guy Jeff Green, but I wouldn't be opposed to Yi, and I think he's our guy.

    Re: CB32's Mock Draft

If the C's take Yi, Paul should be traded IMO.not fire sale traded, but traded.worse comes to worse, explain to Paul that you will trade him by the deadline next year if it's not working out to a contender who is looking for an extra piece in the playoffs in hopes he won't ruin his trade value by speaking out to the media.I just whish a GM would for once make a player sit and suffer for lashing out in the media and ruining his trade value. If you're a real man, you talk to the coach, gm and ownership about being traded.. not the media.it really ticks me off when players, coaches or GM's do this. It's exceptionally immature.
