Gooding was there with his girlfriend when the woman came over and sat next to them and engaged in conversation. Gooding Jr according to the victim and a video, reached over his girlfriend touched her leg, then touched and squeezed her breast. He turned himself in after he learned charges were filed. His lawyers have said the video exhonerates him and there is no criminal act.
You see Cuba walking in (or out) of the jail afterwards. I'm not sure when it was but he had the look on his face I make when my wife brings up years old stuff when we argue. The "this is some bullshit" look..
