    What was DiDi thinking? On the automatic fly rule, you cannot fake catch the ball to get a DP.
    Only the batter is the automatic out.

    That is correct but if the runner at 2nd doesn’t know the rule and he thinks he has to run to 3rd didi tags him for the easy out. Didi knee he had the out and was trying to catch the runner at 2nd sleeping

    Anyone watching this game who thinks the Yankee Pen is ready is wrong! Hale is struggling to finish the 9th and Boner just sits on his ass as he score tightens.

    What is the significance of how hard a ball is hit even for outs.......another ridiculous stat. For me, a hit is a hit....
    I do not care how hard the ball was hit. For me, just another insignificant stat.

    I want to thank Boner for knowing how to drag on a game with minor league farm hands. Even Michael
    Kay could not make this game exciting! It just dragged on and on and on. Boner, all in the name of
    saving your bullpen. What a crock!

    To open a spot for Maybin the Yankees optioned Cortes who in fact did a better relief job than Hale. Glad they decided to keep him he;s done a nice job for the Yankees and is proud to be with the team.
