    The only type of contract I'd take him on, he'd take as an insult. So, no, wish Wes well, would love to see him retire with the Blazers, but don't think there is any value in chasing him this year.

    Pretty sure Matthews harbors some ill will to the front office for not even extending an offer last time he was a FA. He's also a guy that holds grudges.
