Who was the bust for your team this year? For me, I'd have to go with Speedy Claxton.. We gave him a big paycheck and expected him to bring alot of poise, energy, defense, and such.. He's got to be one of the worst shooting professional players I've ever seen. He was hurt for half the season and he didn't really make a positive contribution to the team. I'd give honorable mention to Marvin Williams; he cannot shoot, defend, and he hasn't improved much in the last year. All his points came off dunks, and he continues to make the same stupid mistakes every single game..We have the worst PG's in the NBA, no doubt in my mind - Anthony Johnson, Tyronn Lue, Speedy, Royal Ivey... :no1:

I have to agree that Claxton was a bust for the Hawks this season. The Hornets gave Rasual Butler a long-term contract(something he was begging for), and he has another average season, only this year he was even more inconsistent. On some nights, he can hit 8-10 shots and really play hard, and on other nights he can just be terrible and have no contribution whatsoever. I gottta say Butler is our "bust" until he can play consistently, that's the only thing keeping him from being a starter.

Playoffs, Jason Terry. I know Dirk is probably the popular answer, but look at Terry's numbers against the Warriors. Shooting percentages were down and when your key strength for this team is to put the ball in the hole. He failed, badly and really hurt this team. Him knocking down shots would have opened the floor more.Bust over the season, hmm. Probably Anthony Johnson. I had high expectations and he ended up being traded by the deadline.

for the raptors I would say either joey graham or mo pete. This is graham 2nd year with the team and he's such an idiot. it seems kinda sad that he does not know the plays of the team at all. as a player I dont understadn how you can not understand the team's plays which lead to him getting confused on the court and making huge turnovers that cost us the game. he also needs to know when he should and shoot and when to take it to the hoop. as well all saw this year hes very capable of taking it to the hoop and get an easy jam.mo pete struggled this whole season after coming off a great season. as we all know he is the iron man and have faced some arm injuries this year. even when he came back he still couldnt get his shot down. his shot was very flat this year and really wasnt much help for us during the season.

The Bulls dont really have any busts but Mike Sweetney didnt impress me at all this season. He had a good stint when we first got him from the Knicks but since he's done very little for our team and I wouldnt mind seeing his fatass leaving the bulls. Hedo Turkoglu, he is so damn inconsistent, shoots 4-4 from 3 point range one night well then turns around and shoots 0-6 the next 6 nights in a row from 3 point range. Then to top it all off, if he isn't shooting well or doesn't shoot for a while he stops playing defense. I like Trevor Ariza much better than him.

Samuel Dalembert isnt terrible, but hes not highest paid player on the team good. We owe him over $56 million over the next 4 years. Hes a great dirty worker, but inconsitant and foul proneSteven Hunter was also expected to do more. He was playing well in the second half of 06'. But hasnt done much since.Every one else is doing what expected or more.

A great deal.

If not a deal for KG I'd rather get another SF for him. One that actually does something during playoff time.

For the Rockets, I would Say Bonzi Wells. We picked him up in the offseason hoping we could get more depth in the bench, but he had problems with the JVG and didn't even want to play. He was great last year in the playoffs against the spurs, and thought he would be great off the bench, but he was out of shape, and didn't look like he wanted to play for us at all. Now he says he wants 2, so hopefully he will at least play.

I have the Winner right hereSene drafted #10pick didnt break the side, hardly made the Dleague.I think atlanta has bad points but I think we are contenders too. Another failure Luke Ridnour - still cant defend still cant shoot still cant stop making stupid turnovers and the alternative? Earl Watson- He'd be a third stringer on most team IMO.uggggthe list goes on and on In seattle Chris Wilcox - showeeed massive promise at the end of last year and then got his pay day and played prettty sh*t.Robert Swift came back with a new attitude looked promising in pre season and then went down for the year!Rashard Lewis (I know hwe had a good year) But in preseason he promised to average a double double and work on his rebounding but only pulled down 6 a game. Our Ex coach Bob Hill - what a fucxk head - glad to see the back of him!Our Ex GM Rick Sund - has been slowly but surely wrecking the team - but doing enough to keep us in low medocrity- the worst place for an NBA club I think!

Re: The "bust" of your team

Juan Dixon. I thought he was gonna be a good contributor after I watched him in the first couple of games. He was active as hell, his shot was money whenever he took it...He just looked like a great offensive player off the bench. But then I found out just how streaky this guy is...I don't think he ever got it going again from that point on...His shot looked absolutely dreadful on some days.Wow, how could I forget Mo Pete? I thought this guy would atleast equal his averages of 17 ppg this year...Without a valiant 2nd option on this team, I thought he would step up and pick up the scoring load. Well, he didn't. I guess it is sort of Sam's fault for benching him all the time, but he never really pulled through it and got his regular playing time back. He showed a few glimpses here and there, but he wasn't consistent either; nor were his minutes...I guess it's not really his fault..

Re: The "bust" of your team

Celtics - Sebastian TelfairHe performed solid through late November/early December then kind of fell apart and went from starting PG to 3rd string. He let Rondo take his spot. He never really learned to finish at the hoop or find his own shots. The one thing I loved about Sebastian is that he didn't turn the ball over as much as Delonte West. He was a good passer but he just was a flat out bust. We expected him to be so amazing while he was still dripping sweat from that high school hype. Never worked out and he's most likely gone next year.
