Hey, I generally don’t disagree with you. I have them all in my Top-5, but I’m not set into a Top-3. It’s fluid.

Aminu gets wide open 3s, way different quality of shot.

Do you think teams are gonna *leave* LBJ and AD *unguarded* at the 3pt line in the playoffs?

I’ll give you Kawhi at a career 38% but AD shoots the 3 over his career at 31% and lebron around 34%, Curry on the other hand shoots at 44%. I would take Curry/Lebron/Kawhi over AD/Lebron/Kawhi and it’s not close. But that’s just my opinion.

Id have my top 5 as, Harden, Kawhi, Steph, LBJ, Giannis, AD / Dame.

AD’s really talented but that dude is hurt all of the time, and Dame is available almost all the time thats worth something...

    During the regular season, sure.

During the playoffs? Uh... Not so much.

And he is at least *capable*

Oh, and he won’t have to carry the squad on his back all season long, won’t shoulder the entire offensive load, and can work harder on defense — something he has outright said he won’t do during the regular season with all his other responsibilities.

Do you honestly think Harden and Curry are even comparable to LeBron on defense?

I refer you to my post above.

Do you think teams are gonna leave LBJ and AD wide open, unguarded, at the 3pt line during the playoffs like they do Aminu?

And I would take AD/LeBron/Kawhi because AD in the PnR with any of them is a nightmare — and AD is invaluable as a defender — switch anything, protect the rim.

Well, no, but I also think Lebron is 35, and Im not sure he still has what he did 3-4 years ago. Also I hate watching Harden but that dude is incredible, call it bad refs whatever but he gets points and carries that team.

For context — LeBron, in this shitty season, was a +2 in Defensive plus minutes. Curry was negative 1.4. That’s not stats from 3-4 years ago. That’s the most recent season, where LeBron was “bad.” And “not trying.”

Edit - and I love Harden, he’s probably my favorite player, outside of Dame.

Did I say Lebron was bad or crappy or not trying...?

He’s a good defender but Id still rather have steph at this point in their career.

If it happens we will see, it will be the first “Big 3” with all Front-court players, like Ive said imo a little more balance like the Heat and Warriors had would be better. I would definitely clog the lane and let AD and LBJ beat me with the 3 though.

I said Harden and Curry are non existent defensively. You said “so is LeBron at this point in his career.”

He is still vastly superior, without trying, to both of them.

I said he wasn’t trying — not you — but because LeBron has said so himself that he doesn’t go 100% on D during the regular season — yet still is a way better defender. That tells me what I need to know about Curry and Harden defensively.

The fifth seed warriors without KD or Klay?

    Uh, ok.

Klay will be back not much longer after Xmas. They’re still the big dogs in the west until dethroned.

Benches and chemistry are very underrated during the first hrs of free agency.

But Kawhi and Kuzma can pull the 3 too. So how you gonna clog the lane on a LBJ/AD pnr? Who ya gonna help off of? And most teams won’t be able to honestly guard a LBJ / AD pnr.
