Not significantly according to the tweet I just linked.

I’d leave AD wide open on 3s all game. That team isn’t beating you with the 3 ball, they are gonna beat you inside, at the rim, mid range, with second chance points, and at the free throw line.

But we disagree and that’s ok.

There is such thing as the eye test. Ed gets his buckets mostly from putbacks, wide open dunks, and the occasional lob. Taj actually has post moves. And can step out past three feet.

It was during Batum's free agency, seemed obvious Jaynes was getting a lot of his info from Kahn. And Kahn screwed up some details or something originally, and the offer sheet had to go back. I dunno, at some point, I called him on the info not working in the CBA, and he blocked me.

It’s not about beating you with the 3 ball. It’s about having to show players enough respect to actually guard them, which opens up the offense for much more.

Yeah, you can leave AD wide open on 3s, but I would *guess* he will pop every now and then... and not all game long.

And he shot 33% and 34% the last two seasons. Not great. But for someone his size? That’s definitely gonna pull a big away from the hoop.

We've basically lost Turner, Curry, Aminu, and Kanter, and have added Little and Bazemore. Nurk will be out too.

Hard to make a case for us being better so far, that's for sure.

While I agree, Gibson got *double* what Ed got — and is worse everywhere else.

He got double because the Knicks are just looking to spend money imo. Is the second year guaranteed?

We’ve been able to develop Collins and Simons. If Simons replaces Curry’s contributions, we’re only a center away from being as good as last year or possibly better. That’s where we’ll lack.

It’s coming down to the development of Collins and Simons

When you have that much size and respect from nba refs you would be doing other teams a favor sitting out on the 3 line. Every nba player can pop the occasional 3. My point was AD/Kuzma/Lebron don’t scare people beyond the arc, someone like Curry out there would open shit up even more inside. But let’s agree to disagree cause we are beating a dead horse lol.

Turner was trash...Simons could be better than Curry... Little and Bazemore i'll take over aminu any day. Kanter we just cant afford. I'd say we've maintained

Looks like all of his guarantees have happened, right? Only one up in the air is Kawhi.

I think the hope is that Simons and Collins are ready to make a jump. Our weak points last season were backup PG (Turner) and our wings (Harkless/Aminu). So the hope is that Simons can fill in for Turner/Curry and then you plug Hood and Bazmore in for Harkless. Just curious what we're going to do at power forward. Maybe they think Skal is ready to get minutes at PF?
