So, because he was putting up those numbers for his last 50 games as a Pacer, he is the 2nd best player in the NBA? You've gone from 2nd best, to top 5, to top 10 so, I don't exactly know what the point is you're trying to make anymore.</div>I said talent wise Artest was second in the NBA, he has all the talent in the world. He's a huge underacheiver in Sacremento. In his last 50 or so games as a Pacer he was putting up 25 5 and 5 pretty often with his 2-3 steals and 1-2 blocks and unmeasurable defense. Primetime, I never said he was in the top 10 now, but back in 2003-4-5 he was

Why should we debate with anyone that thinks Ron Artest is more talented than LeBron James. [IMG]

Artest wouldn't crack a Top 15 right now. The Kings lost 50 games.

I strongly disagree with Artest being 2nd most talented player in the NBA, but I sort of understand his point. Artest is extremely talented as he can score in post, score with jumper, good rebounder, and defensively is absolute top notch and can guard the 2-5 positions (yes, I have seen him guard centers before). He has a fantastic basketball body, very athletic, and VERY strong. He is a VERY talented player.Unfortunately his attitude and basketball smarts will never allow him to make proper use of those talents.
