St Pete City Council & Mayor have a stand that says the Rays stay at the Trop till ;28 or get a private funded stadium that will cost 150 mil. The Rays Fans (all 12) say they will boycott Rays games if the Rays go to split season twixt St Pete and Montreal. Right days till trade deadline but very little action, guess that makes Cashman happy, he won't have to get off of his ass and do anything. If the Yankees get no help and fail Boner will be the scapegoat.

I’m curious why the Twins are allowed to blast music between every German pitch but keep it quiet for their pitchers. How is that not being addressed? It’s one thing if it’s the occasional “charge” thing, but this is 10 seconds of random music blasted at a high volume. How is MLB and the Yankees not making this an issue? If I’m a Yankees pitcher, I just start beaning guys in the ear hole and tell the umps the music is a distraction.
