There are a lot of things that could've happened.I heard Benoit's wife killed his son, then Benoit killed his wife. Then commited suicide because he was alone. Didn't he have other kids?

It's very rare that a mentally stable person with no criminal past suddenly decides to just kill his family. He was likely not in stable mental condition.

I just read that they found tread marks on his sons arm, where he was shooting him up with growth hormone because he was 'too small'...what a f*cking fruitloop. :no1:

His son was Mental.., that could play a part in it... meh whatever, what's done is done.. who cares about steriods, I bet just under 50% of the WWE wrestlers use them and 80% have in the past.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Sometimes I find people on this site really up themselves. This is why;You will sit there and type how 'evil' Benoit is, and how he should 'rot' in hell. You all believe you know the man, and know his life. Well, newsflash. You don't. Not one of us knows what happened, we dont know if its pre-meditated, whther it was a mental breakdown or whatever happened that day it was a tragic day. You people do realise that good guys turn bad? And bad guys turn good? Or in fact, bad guys do good things sometimes, and good guys do bad things sometimes? The world isn't as black and white as you think. We've all made mistakes, perhaps not murder but were all subject to guilt and sin. We have no right to judge a man who made what was probably the biggest mistake of his life. You people also do realise that 'Hell' is eternal suffering? And nothing deserves that? Especially not a tragedy like this. Suicide is something that only desperate men do. Not evil, sadistic, pre-mediatated men do. Something men who are broken do. He wasn't in his right mind when this happened, that much is clear e.g the Bibles. Ive always looked at the good of people. I always see the beauty within the ugly. I see that Benoit wasn't Adolf Hitler. Wasn't Saddam Hussein. He wasn't some evil dictator who killed for fun. The way Divive and Jeff X are talking its as if benoit is some mass murderer who killed for enjoyment. im not saying Benoit was a great guy, he had his affair, he had his divorce, he had claims of violence from his wife, but all in all he seemed like an average nice guy. He's never had any criminal records, done any serious things wrong. And if you watch the interviews from his friends, they describe him as a great sensitive caring guy...I don't think any of you realise what pressure he was under. On the road 24/7, fighting witha broken neck, being rich and famous and succusful..None of these things help a guys mind. What happened to Benoit, is what gradually happens to everything. Weariness. I think perhaps he was just tired of life. Tired of everything. We all snap sometimes. I know Ive had black moments in my life when ive turned to drink and drugs. I know ive wished sometimes im dead. I know ive slitted my wrists before in a childish, immature, stupid plea for attention. So how the F*ck can you all sit there and slate a man you don;t know??Many people murder themselves yet they do not warrent the abuse they get. Kurt Cobain shot himself. I don't like the guy but one thing is sure, he had a f*cking hard life. Im not saying his suicide was a good thing, but it was understable. Two of the Von Erichs killed themselves, is that not just an idictaion of the pressue your mind and your body are in from wrestling???????Sometimes you just snap. Its evident after his wives and sons murder he was riddle by guilt, thus the Bible next to his families and not his. He believed he was going to Hell IMO, and that in itself proves it wasn't some sadistic murder...To me its a tregedy. And I still respect benoit as a wrestler...</div>I found that quite intresting & correct, so I thought id post it out of boredom & Yeah.

Don't buy much what the guy is saying with the Von Erich's, Cobain. They took their own lives, not others. As much as you want to spin it in a positive way, Benoit still killed his wife and kid. We won't ever know what happened to spur the situation, but you never kill anyone. And you don't make an excuse when someone does it, albeit if it was accidental or in defense, but not in this case as it seems. I wish people would quit talking about the situation and trying to find some gray area. It's black and white.

Booker on Chris Benoit, Just somthing I found. I thought it was worth posting.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>-- WWE superstar King Booker sat down with KHOU out of Houston, Texas today to talk about the Benoit tragedy.Booker said that he knew Benoit personally and as most people in the business that knew Benoit have said, commented that he had never seen a bad side of Benoit. He noted that he knew Benoit?s wife Nancy and all of his children. He characterized what has happened as completely "out of the norm and unexplainable." Booker noted that he wrestled Benoit in 75-100 matches and just recently talked to him for about thirty minutes about the wrestling business. "We're all tired at certain points, we work a lot of hours, but I never saw this side of Chris. I've never seen Chris mad. I've never seen Chris angry. He was always the guy with a lot of positive energy, always pushing the guys." He went on to tell a story of a student that came to his wrestling school in Houston, Texas to be trained. Booker said that the student arrived from Illinois, with ?no way to go back? and had $800 in his pocket. He revealed that the student carried around a photo of Benoit and Eddie Guerrero with him, as he was inspired by them to pursue a career in professional wrestling. "That was just the type of person he was, always encouraging people. He didn't even know this guy, but that's the type of person he was." Booker commented. When ?roid rage? was brought up in the interview, Booker commented, "The media is going to put a spin on it, you know. We know that. WWE knows that. Did the guy last week who murders his wife and kid last week have any form of roid rage? He was a cop. This happens in any form of life. I feel like the human life is a delicate piece of equipment and everyone has their breaking point. We don't know what his breaking point was. You don't know what my point is, I don't know what your point is. We're all human. I just think it was a huge malfunction and whatever it was, we may never know. It's not for us to know. It's out of our hands and with God now." Booker said that the wrestling industry is a huge family and he?s cried and wanted to pull his hair out over the tragedy. He revealed that he loved Chris and said that he is mad to see him "go out like this. I'm pissed at him in certain ways. I wish I could just hold him for a second, but it's out of our hands. I'll be there at the funeral and tell him goodbye and hopefully see him on the other side. Hopefully, I'll find out what happened one day."</div>

Well, this is uh... creepy.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>An anonymous user operating a computer traced to Stamford, Conn. ? home to World Wrestling Entertainment ? posted an entry to pro wrestler Chris Benoit's biography on Wikipedia.org announcing the death of his wife Nancy at least 13 hours before police in suburban Atlanta said they found her body along with her husband's and that of their 7-year-old son, FOXNews.com has learned.Employees at Wikipedia.org said the posting went live on their site on Monday at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Police, however, said they found the bodies Monday at 2:30 p.m. EDT.The posting reads: ?Chris Benoit was replaced by [[Johnny Nitro]] for the ECW Championship match at Vengeance, as Benoit was not there due to personal issues, stemming from the death of his wife Nancy.? According to a Wikipedia.org report published after FOXNews.com made inquiries, the edit was reversed just under one hour later with the comment:"Need a reliable source. Saying that his wife died is a pretty big statement, you need to back it up with something."</div>So it sounds like basically Benoit (it could be someone else, but I believe it was Benoit) posted on his own wiki about his wife dying... pretty weird. There is also a mention about there being possible connections to another murder. It's possible, but I have my doubts about that.

I don't get why everyone is sad and giving tributes to a guy that killed his wife and son. He was awesome at wrestling but it don't really matter because if he is goin to kill his son that is like 7 he has no right to live and 1 wrestler isn't a big deal not to ever see. If people wanted to give a tribute it should be for his wife and kid they are the ones that I am sad for. They had no chance and after I heard that it might not have been that rage or anything makes it even worse cause theres something to explain the rage but he was sending text messages to and they weren't like "I hate the world!!!" they were all calm so theres nothing to blaim but Benoit hes the murder not those staroids.
