Chicago Tribune<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Chicago Bulls are said to be shopping their No. 9 pick and Denver Nuggets forward Marcus Camby is a possibility, with the Nuggets likely to cut payroll by making Camby available. The deal would have to include Bulls forward P.J. Brown in a sign-and-trade for one guaranteed season.</div>LinkA frontcourt of Wallace and Camby would dominate defensively, but the Bulls need more of a scorer downlow, and I don't think Camby would fit that role quite right.
Yeah I dont think so either... I mean I wouldnt mind. But doing that takes away any big trade we can do
Only problem is that you can't trade a draft pick in a sign and trade. I guess it would work if we picked a player that Denver liked as well. But I wouldn't do that. I'd rather keep who we get at 9. Use our MLE on a veteran and just hope for improvement from within our core.
Adding Camby would greatly help our defense to the next level, but I dont think we need him. He justs adds more to our salary and with the addition of camby we would likely have to lose either Gordon,Deng,or Hinrich in the coming seasons so it hurts us in the long run. I dont see it happening anyway.
