Careful with assumptions. They can make an ass out of you. I don't think it points to weakness at all. She would be a strong candidate. There were rumors Oprah and the Rock would run. Again, not weak. Oprah would destroy Trump. I would love to see the Rock run against Trump just to see them debate. It would be funny to see Trump try and talk shit to him. Anyways those people aren't running. Rumors. Every election there is always speculation as to who might run? It is nothing new. That said, I don't think the Democrat field this cycle is weak at all.
