Never met @THE HCP , but would love to. He genuinely seems like a pretty cool guy to hang out with, and seems like a really good family man. He slings shit here a lot, yes. But if one looks at how well he takes the Mrs. chatter in stride and never complains, I dunno how one could get on him for dishing a little out.

I'll be honest the PapaG siting, whether you like him or not is deserving of it's own thread. What next, MIXUM and BenDavis503 will be sending me their support as well? The gang is all getting back together. @SlyPokerDog , this is gonna be GREAT for foot traffic here.

Why didnt reference the fact that you've called me a kid (which Ive talked to you about before) and told me to man up. You've told me before "Thats how I talk" but its obvious its more than that because I told you in the past why I dislike you talking to me that way, and you doubled, if not tripled it. And I know you know how to change the way you act depending upon the situation, so dont act like you cant.

Ive told you before you cant joke with me like that. I dont know how many times I have to explain it too you. Were not cool like that. Weve never ONCE had a good interaction on here, even though I've tried.

You want to stir up drama and this forum suffers from it. Why else would you talk to me? Because its certainly not to have a good interaction, since youve worked hard to make that impossible. If you cant realize that you cant joke with just any random person like you would with your friends, I dont know what to tell you. If you can't realize why certain people might not want to joke around the way that others do, then i dont know what to tell you.

Im so tired of the "HCP takes all these wife jokes" excuse. He's made it clear that those jokes are okay. If he didnt, nobody would be making those jokes. Ive made it clear that him joking around with me by calling me "kid" and telling me to "man up" isnt okay. He does it more than ever.

Also, I dont make those jokes. Those jokes have nothing to do with me. I dont make them because Im not cool with him like that, and I try to avoid him as much as I can.

Your response is generic and doesnt apply to me. But fine, blame the reaction instead of the action.

Anyhow. The issue isn't the poking and jabbing. Its the lack of respect exhibited when asked to stop.

Ive about had it with the hcp is cool. I explained it already. Everyone is different and you haven't read the pms where he makes it clear he isn't joking.
I don't give a fuck if its an overreaction or not. The respectable thing to do when a stranger says to back off is to back off. Anything less is instigating conflict.

So I take it you have no problem with my reaction then. A reaction is caused by an action. Its simple. Without the action there would be no reaction.

The person that reacts usually is the one who gets in trouble. I've seen it at multiple employers. It sucks but it's the truth.

I'm not trying to blame anyone in this.

Thats because the person who reacts is ghe one who gets caught. Usually the initial action isnt seen. But yall see his post, its the forst one in this thread!

I also find it funny how people have used this logic against me when I react, but if I cause a poor reaction? Then its my fault. I dont get this excuse made for me. Basically, theres some HCP bias in here. Luckily there's nowhere near as much as there used to be.

I just wanted to repost the original post that has caused all this drama and turmoil. Just so we all are on the same page. I’ll be honest, I still don’t see it. A post that’s caused this much upheaval should most definitely have been taken down by now you’d think. If you want me to delete it, maybe I should.

You have a lot to add, and yet your opinionated posting always leaves a lot to be desired. You have a general tone of telling people they're wrong. Work on it. Or dont. I dunno. I'm losing interest

Even if the action was seen, people don't want to deal with the person they deem more of a problem. So they scold the reasonable person. Because they hope/feel the reasonable person will be the one most likely to change.

Again, you can't control what people say or do. So just ignore shit and let it go. There have been a million times i've wanted to sock someone in the face It has been a weight off my shoulders when I stopped giving a shit about what other people say/think.
