I was actually a member of the house band where he used to party at Gary Snyder's place in the Sierras

Very cool. Did he wax poetic about Patricia Hearst?

He talked about Bob Dylan all the time or Neil Cassady...Jerry Garcia...never heard the Patricia Hearst rants...the guy can ramble...never struck me as a heavy drinker like all the poets around at the time...

He's something else. I think he visited a Shaman and some type of spiritual healing waters in Eastern Oregon when his ankles were toast as a Blazer. I was happy for him when he made that little comeback as as a Celtic. Picked up a 2nd ring, which was great, as well.

The gate blockage to Tank D is the key contributor to the final solution.

Math problem; (Not relevant to today's prices)

Three people check into a hotel. The clerk says $30 and they each pay $10 ($10 x 3) and go to the room. The clerk then realizes he's overcharged them and calls the bellhop over.

He tells the bellhop the room is only $25 and to take the patrons the $5 refund. On the way up to the room, the bellhop realizes $5 can't be split three ways and has a plan. Once at their door, he tells them the hotel overcharged and that they would be getting a $3 refund. He hands them each $1. He keeps the remaining $2 to himself.

OK, they each paid $10 to get the room ($30 total). The bellhop gives them each a $1 refund and keeps $2 for himself. That means they each paid $9

    Here's the deal: $9 x 3 = $27, plus the $2 the bellhop kept. That's only $29. What happened to the other $1?

After the $1 refund each, the guests think they paid $27 for the hotel, but $2 of that went to the bellhop. The guests have the other $3 that makes $30 total.

The answer is "F' as there's blockage to tank 'D'.

My wife is smarter than me. I thought it was G and she immediately noticed the blockage and went with F. She’s a lot better at paying attention to details.

Precisely. To account for the 2 kept by the bell hop, it should be subtracted from the 27 paid by the guests to arrive at the total revenue of 25 retained by the hotel.

To the correct septic tank full of crap?

    I’d ask for a refund. ;)
