Line is on the Yankees so lets hope Tanaka pitches a good game and that the offense shows up.

Saw this article on ESPN. Evidently Reporters from the Detroit Free Press were denied access to the Astros Club House after yesterdays Tiger/Astro game. What the experts thought to be an impending slaughter ended up with Detroit winning the game 2-1 over spoiled little guppy Verlander. He (Verlander) pitched a complete game allowing but two hits both home runs. This in my view is one of those expect the unexpected games with Verlander the chosen lock for a win got his ass handed to him by a Detrit Team that no one has expectation for. Evidently refused to speak to the Detroit Writer after exiting the club hose stating that he had nothing to say. All of the experts have Houston as the World Champions already, what would happen if Verlander were handed his ass in a playoff game akin to his Tigers loss. Ask Pablo Sandoval, he owned Verlander in the '14 World Series.

Even though on any given day a team can beat a favorite.......i.e. Detroit over Houston....I just have
this feeling that the Yankees will be taken to the ‘Sweep Shop’, courtesy of the Oakland A’s......who
are fighting for a wild card playoff spot. Yankee hitting has fallen off & we all know how our pitching
has problems. Love to see a victory, but I wouldn’t bet the house on it!

Fearless leader Boner continues to put Judge in the two spot. Judge and his current slump were a topic of discussion on MLB this evening. According to Thome Judges healing from his injury may be taking longer to fully heal than what we are lead to believe. The man can still play excellent "D" which is why he's still out there but his offensive problems are now known throughout the league and pitchers are acting accordingly to get him out. As I have posted before the first point of failure in any Yankee Game is Boners inability to make moves that benefit this team. From there is goes down hill.

Watching the Indains/Mutts game. Cleveland makes up an 11..5 game deficit, takes 3/4 fron the Twins, spits a 4 gamer with the Yankees and are now on the verge of being swept by the Mutts.

End of 2, Tank's thrown 40 Pitches. Gonna' be a short leash on him?? BaBoone doesn't know what a short leash is.

Yanx expect no more than 5 Innings out of their Pitcher's; which imho has pussified Starter's into long relievers.

LeMahieu made a incredibly beautiful stabbing catch to end the 2nd Inning. The guy is Superman with a Glove. D.J. can do anything, anywhere, anytime....
    Let's see how LeMahieu Pitches....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3rd Innings, 3 Yanx Up, 3 Yanx down that quick.

Judge makes the last out, pulls an easy line drive to the Left Fielder, for out #3... At least he's pulling the ball...

the guy can NOT hit his weight. !!!

    He can't field either.
GT tried to turn 2, and steps on the ankle of Canhaa sliding into 2nd, then airmails the ball over Ford's head. Any other 1st baseman would of had that high throw. Ford comes down after jumping 6 inches, and knocks Piscotty on his ass, as he runs down the line....

It's the Keystone Yankees tonight, doing their best defensive impression of the O's...

Imagine this a a playoff series, German Yankees best failed in game 1, Happ totally shit the bed in game two, Most likely the Yankees will lose tonight due to poor pitching and offense has lacked all three game. You are now eliminated your whole season was for nothing!!!!!!!This has been the Cashman Tradition since 2003 forward!
