I was doing backflips up and down 15 flights of stairs at 11 p.m. last night. "The Kid", was a refreshing infusion of keen insight from one of the best line drive hitters, and gazelle-like Fielder, with hands of glue, and could jump easily to slam dunk a basketball, or steal a homerun on the Fly literally on the Fly.
The best CF'r and/or- OF'r, of his era. The Kid made Bonds look anemic, slow and lazy.
Of course Willie Mays was better. So was Mickey Mantle. So was Roberto Clemente and probably a few other.

One thing is for sure. Griffey jr. Was the Willie Mays, Mickey Mantle and Roberto Clemente of his generation of his time of his era.

Hearing just about any game commentator other than A-Fraud, is like a breath of fresh oxygen; almost, even if it's shit. That's how bad A-Roid is.

To add the kid to the mix was pure Bliss. ESPN should throw Millions at him and then clean house.

Griffey jr. Is 100% a Hall of Famer.
When Griffey jr. Was literally the 17 year old kid yeah, he played in the local California League single-a ball, 1987 season.
Both Griffey Sr and Griffey jr. Hosted the only legitimate local sports memorabilia show to ever grace this area outside of LA in the middle of Podunk sandbox Mojave shitville. Circa 1987.

7 consecutive Yankee games on TV, so far.
I found Yankee Heaven, in the weirdest most fucked up of places; on the Left Coast / wrong Coast.

This nine-game road trip has got to play hell on you Yankee guys and gals; on the East Coast and Space Coast.

I remember too well 5-years worth oh living on the East Coast, 1996 - 2001. Those Yankee West Coast Adventures, with game starts 10 to 10:30, ending 1:30 to 2 p.m. and in some rare cases 4 a.m. East Coast time. That really sucked when I had to be at work at 5 a.m.
Boohoo, 5 years ain't shit... :blue: :roflmao:

But then when you're retired it doesn't matter so much when you go to bed or when you get up. At least that's become my life in a nutshell. Boohoo :oldman:

Man, Ma'am, I am fucking bored.
Waiting in a doctor's office waiting room and waiting on my lovely wife, while 3 kids ages 5, 6 & 7 are rolling around on the floor, and cusaing like whores and sailors. While their mama plays on her phone and ignores them. Geez I wonder where they learned that language.???
I want to grovel at them like the Exorcist say I am the hell spawn. Go play in the damn street there's plenty of room to play on the six-lane boulevard... I love kids but unkept and severely disrespectful, seems like I'm getting senile, when they are supposed to be Angels, Angelic beings.
Then I realized living in LA's newest ghetto I'm not being senile, I'm being realistic.
I wish that fucking doctor would get off her ass so I can go home it's 105 degrees out here in this blistering desert.

Too hot for patient patience. :evilfire::jugle:

    Totally OT ~

The doctor came out of their office. One of the doctors yelled at the kids and the mother too. He told her to take her foul mouth kids home and reschedule
That's worth a laugh or two

Good news coming out of Tampa where Severino pitched 2 simulated innings vs minor league hitters. Projected to have a minor league start on Sunday. Betances not far behind where he is gearing up to face live batters.

Costas talking about an Alonso Home run states that it's not a Yankee Stadium Home Run. What the fuck does Yankee Stadium have to do with tonights game in Citi Field.

And baseball gets back to yanks on 2 recent bullshit ump calls saying the balk on guerin yesterday should NOT have been called and gleyber should have scored in 9th inning and no time out should have been called robbing yanks a chance at the sweep of dodgers which could come into play for World Series home field. Hope they suspended that horseshit ump in that game.
