    The Justice department decided not to prosecute. I wonder why.

    By the way, one of his alleged misgivings was revealing classified information. What classified information? Do you have any idea what a Confidential classification means? I do. All you needed to get a Classified security clearance was either a birth certificate showing your American citizenship or a green card. Nothing else was required. I presume it's the same today, 33 years later.

    It's no damn wonder the Justice department declined to prosecute.

    Comey said when he released it that it was against the rules of his (former) position but not against the law. The IG confirmed that Comey was correct.

    Comey is the one that likely cost Clinton the presidency when he announced new emails but wasn't sure if it involved Clinton or not about a week before the election.
