That loophole is how the Garlic shooter got his gun and probably many other mass shooters. There needs to be background checks on all gun sales and no sales to customers who reside in a different state. Need to crack down on this.

I don't think people should be allowed to loan out their guns. That is irresponsible gun ownership. Once you loan it to someone you lose control of how it may be used or what could happen to it or with it.

A lawful organization, such as a homeowners organization can not be prevented from creating a militia when ever needed. The ability to share weapons is essential in creating a militia.
