I'm in the position that if someone wants a weapon, let them get their own. Their background should be checked. Mine has been checked for much less than holding a weapon that can take human life. My father has a concealed carry license, which I am 100% behind. However, when he lent my mother his jacket that had a handgun in it one time, I was seriously upset and let him know. My mother, who could shoot a beer can off fence post from a good distance, was carrying that weapon. That's against the law in my opinion.
