Also, in the case of trump he hired his daughter and son in law to be in his administration and they are clearly not qualified and the United States is not a private business owned by any individual
Everyone makes slips, all he had to do was say it was a slip and the whole thing would have been forgotten. But Trump never makes mistakes and never apologizes because he is the chosen one. So he looks like a total laughingstock.

Ive tracked hurricanes since I was 8 years old (2003) and what he said went against procedure and had a near impossibility of occuring. The public easily finds the government untrustworthy if they misinform the public (or in many cases, the public feels lile theyre mislead because the storm took the opposite side of the forecast cone). This can lead them to ignoring warnings in the future which puts lives at danger when they need to help of people like you. Thats why its a big deal. The fact that he doubled down on it with a sharpie over an official forecast is comically ridiculous.
Laughable but at the same time not. A government agency that is supposed to be science based lied to make the occupant of the White House happy. Winston Smith's job was to alter past articles and documents to align them with what Big Brother said today.
come on man don't be such a correct all. A comment was made that his kids worked for him! I commented on that subject as nepotism as it pertains to his kids working for him and his business's. In government its usually refereed to as cronyism.
