How long have you been doing sigs? It's alright, maybe you should do some tuts.

 

Yeah it doesn't look like u did much with it

 

If you're not using photoshop, use it. and do some tutorials for god's sake. seriously, look at other people's sigs (mostly like the ones that are on the team or w/e) and get some ideas from that

 

There are no effects on T-Mac, do some render effects on him. This is definately not your best.
