Did anyone hear what Ottavino said about his pitching? He concluded that his pitching is not as sharp
as it needs to be. Looking for answers he explains that he’s trying to make adjustments with each outing.
Then he rationalizes that he is not a total disaster, but not as good as he’d like to be.
One thing for sure.....he does not portray a picture of confidence. Just what these Yankees need...

Just saw an article stating the Bichette was telling his team mates that he(Bichette) was going to get a walk off bomb last night. When Bichette makes plate appearance today Paxton needs to buzz a little bit.

As much as his Rubber Arm disturbs me at times, perhaps trash man should think about putting gardener on the books for another year. The salty veteran is a good example for the youngsters. And like you said he shows up for work every day to play. That's a hell of a lot more than most of these youngsters are doing or can do, Sanchez especially.
Every time Sanchez comes back from the IL I ask myself how many games before he goes right back...

Availability is a key signature those other players may have more talent than BG but you can't prove so when you don't/can't show for work. Gardner cas come far closer to earning his salary than others whom I won't mention. !!!!!!!!!
